Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
IQSHADES LLC (“IQSHADES,” “we,” “us”) explains here how we handle information when you visit iqshades.com, request a consultation, or contact us through Facebook, Instagram, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Information we collect
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, project city or ZIP code, window-covering preferences, timing, and other details you choose to share. Our website and service providers may also collect technical data, such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and referral information through cookies and similar tools.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss your project, arrange a consultation, prepare a quote, provide services, maintain business records, and understand how our website and advertising perform. A consultation request does not by itself sign you up for unrelated marketing messages. Where required, we seek separate consent for promotional email or text messages.
Platforms and service providers
Our website, forms, and customer communications use Wix. If you submit an IQSHADES lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your answers and provides them to us under Meta’s own terms. We may use website analytics and advertising tools to measure visits and campaigns. Service providers may process information for these purposes and to help us respond to your request.
Cookies and advertising choices
Our site may use essential cookies and, where enabled, analytics or advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser and through any choices presented on the site. Facebook and Instagram provide ad-preference controls in their settings.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and customer information as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes. No online system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you gave us, subject to applicable law and necessary business records. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Email info.iqshades@gmail.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the revised text and effective date here. For privacy questions, contact info.iqshades@gmail.com or (786) 905-1844. IQSHADES is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
